Prefab buildings often get a bad rep—people think they’re plain, rigid, and lack character. But we challenged that idea.
Hiranandani buildings are often inspired by Neoclassical Greek and Roman architecture, this sales lounge proves that prefab can be elegant, detailed, and timeless. By refining finishes, scale, and proportion through extensive R&D, we created a space that stands apart from the usual prefab designs.
The design required special cladding, classic lines, and detailed façade work. Structurally, we had to go with hot rolled steel and truss frames because the spans were huge, and the windows were massive. This was indeed an interesting project of its own — blending Hiranandani’s signature classic architecture with prefab. That’s not a combination you hear every day.
