When we designed Oakwood for our library, we envisioned a well-travelled, adventure-loving minimalist—someone who cherished the mountains and wanted every room to frame the panoramic view.
In an incredible turn of events, a client reached out with a dream that mirrored our vision: a cliff side property overlooking the breath taking Sahyadris. His brief was clear—a muted, minimal retreat that blended seamlessly with nature, free from imposing architecture. And on top of that, we had to integrate an RCC base with a steel prefab structure — which is no small feat. But the final outcome… absolutely magical.”
And so just like that, our concept found its perfect plot, perched above the peak.
